Speed of construction and site efficiency

Speed of construction

After fabrication heavy galvanizing is geared towards fast track construction. Heavy galvanizing is completed off site in a specialist galvanizing plant, and is delivered to the construction site, fully protected ready for final installation. This reduces site congestion and speeds up construction time, saving both time and money.

Improving site efficiency

The galvanizing process has a service record of 150 years. In the 1990s it remains at the forefront of steel protection. Its efficiency and utility as a genuine off-site finish, eliminates the need for field coating repair, making a significant contribution to construction site time saving and efficiency.
